Show module tabs:
Use this setting to turn on or off the rotator's admin tabs on the page.

Skin:
The module supports the use of skins. Here you define the name of the skin you would like to use. Leave it blank to use the default skin.

Item width:
Width in pixels of an individual rotator item.

Item Height:
Height in pixels of an individual rotator item.

Rotator width: Provide the width in pixels you would like to use for the rotator.

Rotator height:
Provide the height in pixels you would like to use for the rotator.

Render item title:
If checked the item title will be rendered as H1 in the item content area.

Render item summary: If checked the item summary will be rendered in a div in the item content area with css class=”summary”.

Sync transitions:
If checked transitions will occur simultaneously. If left unchecked the next transition starts when the previous transition ends.

Use ClearType:
Due to the way IE renders content there are known distortions that may happen during transitions. To counter this you can turn on this setting.

Transparent background:
If checked allows the item background to be transparent. If no background color is specified the background will be transparent.

Tip:
You can use transparent png images to create semi transparent backgrounds.

Show play/ pause / Next Controls:
Here you can select if you want to use the play/pause and previous/next controls and how they should be displayed.

Control effect:
If you selected “Show on hover” to display the play/pause controls you can select how the controls will appear and disappear.

Fade:
Control fades in/out

Slide:
Control slides open/closed

Show previous / next controls:
Here you can select if you want to use previous/next controls and how they should be displayed. (Note: These are different from the previously mentioned controls.) Options are: “In item container” this will render the controls in the item container. “In paging container”, this will render the controls in the paging container.

Button placement:
If you selected to display the previous/next controls in the previous step you can now select how you want them to be rendered.

Before:
This will place both buttons before the selected container.

After:
This will place both buttons after the selected container.

Arround:
This will place the “previous” button before the container and the “Next” button after the container.

Pause on hover:
If checked the transitions will pause when the mouse is hovered over the rotator.

Play once:
If selected all items will be shown only once and the transitions will stop when the last item is shown.

Start on:
This option let’s you select how the transitions should be started. By default the transitions will start when your page loads but you can alternatively set the transitions to start when the user hovers over the items or clicks on the items.
